Add the ability to track End-of-support / End-of-life of library versions. Additionally, add an option to report or sort on library versions that are EOS/EOL.

This feature is being withdrawn from consideration and replaced by the identification of outdated components #126 instead as outdated components have much more value to risk assessment than EOS/EOL components do.
