MVP: Allow users to see own images, redirect to mod queue page for uploaded image after upload

Harder: pull cropping in to image upload process

Not sure the first bit changes much - everyone can already see their own images (unless I have a special permission), and when doing this as a one-off task it doesn't take that long to navigate to the queue then scroll to the bottom.

That said, when moderating lots of photos and trying to prioritise (new) users over bots, it would be helpful if the moderator didn't always have to request the list then wait (if 100+ images) and scroll through it, hence #149

Allowing uploaders to crop their own photos would be useful - IIRC that's the only item in #150 that hasn't yet been implemented.
