"Reverse timetable" #39

It would be nice to have a reverse timetable: "given the date an election is called, this is the date it will happen".

We could do this for each timetable type, for example, if SOPN day where X, election day would be Y.

I think this just involves reversing the existing logic: rather than removing days from the election day, we'd add them from the type of event.
