This will tell us what needs updating for local.2018-05-03, but also giving us cheatsheet for any snap elections.

👍 I have one of these in the wiki for WhereDoIVote: https://github.com/DemocracyClub/UK-Polling-Stations/wiki/Pre-election-tasks The things that need to go on it will probably be a bit different for leaflets, but we should probably maintain one for all of our public-facing websites.
