Describe the bug
The GitHub Scanning Integration is out of date and cannot be followed. There is no Instructions file: https://github.com/DelineaXPM/delinea-platform/blob/main/Scripts/SecretServer/Github/Instructions.md#create-secret-in-secret-server-for-the-github-integration-key

To Reproduce
Follow the steps currently documented.
