Talon configuration causes some non-breaking errors

It was reported that during stop build day when we were testing dt characterization, the talon configuration code was outputing errors. They did not crash the code, but still should be investigated.

I think that the issue was with dt characterization doing something with a nonexistent file. @alexander-mcdowell Do you have more info?

Failing to configure Talon motor controllers shouldn’t be an issue of a nonexistent file. It is most likely a CAN or wiring error as this issue did not occur on the practice not with or without any of the drivetrain characterization files
