Addition of JSON for CycloneDx

Hello! Our projects in NIBE AB group are successfully using cJSON library.
To fullfil requirements for security, we use standard https://cyclonedx.org/ for SBOM (SW Bill Of Materials).
It would be very helpful for us to get properly configured CycloneDx JSON file as part of original cJSON respository.
Would you like to prepare this file (not only for us, of course)?
If not, would you be ok with me preparing Pull Request with this file?
