highlight health/crime locations in viz and stats

In all the visualizations for health and crime (on the location profiles), we need to show the position of the reference location wrt to the top three, and on the scatter plot. Can we show it using color or highlighting on the plot? Can we state in the auto-text what the position of the reference is?

• highlight the reference location in the visualizations. for larger geographies (like MSAs), the counties within should be highlighted. for smaller geographies (like places), the parent county should be highlighted.
• include the reference location stat if it is not in the top 3
