full profile page PDF export and printing

If you try to print the site to PDF, it looks really terrible with cutoff graphs, etc. I am certain someone from Deloitte, especially the Federal practice, will try to do this.

If this is easy to mitigate, let's do it but this bug is way below mobile, etc.

Just as an update for this, we've done a little work to help out what the page looks like when printing/exporting. It doesn't look terrible, but it's definitely readable now.

Let's keep this issue open until it's perfect though.
