Introduce a better way to parse configs from osfv

When integrating osfv with this app, I had to create a dictionary that maps names of configs from the OSFV repo to names of configs in this repo. This is not an ideal solution. We should try to find a better way to parse those configs - perhaps we could introduce a naming convention, which will make it easier (the names still need to be compatible with SnipeIT model names though)
