Enhancement Request - Update Readme for Docker Setup

We should consider making some updates to the README in this repository, particularly in the section that covers setting up the project with Docker. The issue at hand pertains to the outdated Node.js version specified in the current setup. I believe it's essential that we address this matter by implementing necessary changes.
