Will enable users to access any locally saved stuff. Can't obtain new stuff or submit

The more I've thought about this, I can't think of a great reason to focus on it. This would let you... What? Look at your user, leaderboards, and puzzle info? I kinda doubt people are going to be solving puzzles in an environment that they can't submit them in
