Renamed handler.py to handler_old.py for "safekeeping"
Made new handler.py with rewritten func.
Updated test.py to reflect new func with required axes to be plotted "ClA, CdA, mean downforce, mean drag, and %downforce front to rear" (still waiting on clarification of what "%downforce front to rear" is)

test.py creates the following graph's with the included data under ./data
