There is a customization option called TitleFontSize. This option currently does not expand the border size to match. The border size is currently fixed at 10px, so anything over 8.0f pt will overflow the title area and be cut off by the region bounds.

Fix this by measuring the title height and adjusting the border edge size accordingly.
