DSpace responds "soft 404"

Describe the bug
When you enter to "/handle/something/something/discover" responds with a 200 status code, but it doesn't find anything. It doesn't matter if the handle exists. We discovered this error because some bots with old DSpace 6 links were trying this URL non-stop since it responds with a 200 status code. I don't know why this error doesn't occur in https://demo.dspace.org/

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your local DSpace installation or try in (https://sandbox.dspace.org)
2. Go to /handle/1234/1234/discover (replace "1234" whit the handle you want)
   
3. See the HTTP response
   

Expected behavior
If DSpace is going to respond that the handle was not found, it should respond 404, not 200

@GarrafaGalactica this sounds very similar to the issue which was solved in #2816. The patch was only merged a few days ago and might have fixed this.

Yes, I believe this is a duplicate of #2817. It's already been fixed in 7.6.x and 8.x and the new behavior can be seen on https://demo.dspace.org or https://sandbox.dspace.org
