Describe the bug
The /404 and /500 error pages do not get the title updated from the title translation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set title in language to something other then DSpace
  2. Go to /404 or /500 and see that it is still DSpace.

Expected behavior
The title to change from DSpace to the value specified in the i18n files.
