Preventing Calls from Queuing

I'm still a bit new to this stuff but is there any way to prevent traffic from queuing to be played?

When I originally installed SDRTrunk in February, calls wouldn't queue up and radio traffic would play as it came in. That was the case up until recently. As far as I know, I never changed any settings or installed any newer versions, it just sort of started doing it on its own.
