GPS or Location Tracking

Hey y'all, I use SDR trunk in a mobile setup. I have a micro pc that is paired with dual 8inch screens in my console in my car. I was wondering if someone can come up with or has the knowledge to create a program that allows SDR Trunk to jump zip code to zip code using a GPS program while driving just like the Uniden scanners do. I know nothing about programing so I apologize if this isn't possible or stupid. Just wanted to throw the question out there.
