Display current position of the car

As a customer I want to be able to see exactly where the car is right now so that I know how much time is left before pickup.

Acceptance Criteria:

Should be able to display a car on the map once a car is coming to pick the customer up.
Should also update this location every 20 seconds and place the car icon in its new location.
