broadcast strange behaviour

very old broadcast (sv_broadcast) was just set and it was all the time visible

on ddmax in 0.5
we used a special broadcast setting that showed when you joined a server u seen the broadcast for about 10-20 seconds and that was very good for players and server

new broadcast is strange

when players join in they dont see anything
if you make it broacast time interval
it pop ups only when server is started (reload and restart wont help)
and its visible for like 5 seconds or something even if you make its time to 20 seconds nothing will happen

this is old good ddmax broadcast that worked fine

oO why not add the one from old ddmax ? it was good nobody complained about it people had the most important info shown and it didnt disturbed when played couse after 10 seconds it was off

heinrich -_- rly ? ur such a fail, now that was pathetic the only person that didnt like the broadcast was greyfox becuase kiddies abused it but for normal admins it helps a lot for example Kaama wanted on her server to add a broadcast that she seeks for mappers that migh help her make her server get more popular for ddmax it would be used to add a website for 10 seconds or that we search for map testers or admins

couse lets face it nobody reads the messages with yellow text and totaly almost nobody checks server info

heinrich for me its strange that nothing remind you when GreyFox added a stupid christmas text spamming broadcast on all ddrace servers
