Version posted to fix issue #12
On my hardware, I have a 14500 Lipo battery powering the Heltec WiFi Kit32 module.
With a freshly charged battery (measured at 4.04V while powering the ESP32 system), the new code displays "Battery Low" when the device is turned on.
After this, the system seems to operate correctly
Connect 14500 Lipo battery to Battery In connector on Heltec WiFi Kit32
Display shows "Battery Low" as the first line on the display.
Battery Voltage measured to be 4.04V
The "Battery Low" message should not be displayed

Bug description
