Notes from basecamp item:

cabinet: check for final derivatives in bibsnet dir (I think we should actually make this mirror nibabies and xcp-d - I will add that as a different item)
nibabies/fmriprep: "fMRIPrep completed successfully" - need to look for nibabies equivalent
xcp-d: "xcp_d finished without errors"

sources of info on fMRIPrep / NiBabies errors:

• Slurm log
• derivatives <...>/sub-/log directory has crashfiles for each node that failed
• FreeSurfer recon-all log files in <...>/sourcedata/freesurfer/sub-/scripts dir (this will have more detailed info on recon-all errors than the other sources)
• Summary HTML file "Errors" section at bottom (note summary will not be created if pipeline does not finish)
