Also, we are unable to enter the patient's demographics or change the patient's testing ID. For some reason, that page does not appear prior to testing.
We should be able to enter demographics and the patient ID before seeing the tests/menu of tests for BOTH the proctored and self-administered versions

On (11/24/2020), the user is unable to advance to either the "Select Tests" or "Quick Start" options after enabling consent to provide data.
The app was unresponsive and would not allow the user to advance to testing unless consent was off.
The issue was present in both the self-administered and proctored versions.
