Results take too long to send via email, usually over an hour
Doesn't allow you to enter the email address you'd like to send the results to until the end (depending on the version that you're testing with, we've had this issue with the proctored version)
Suggestions:
Temporarily store data on the app itself
Store data with only the user testing ID for HIPAA compliance
Backup the data on the app for 24 hours to allow the proctor to retrieve results in case they aren't sent via email
