Whatapptray is not working on Windows 11 22H2

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to whatsapptray
2. Click on whatsapptray
3. it does not open whatsapp, neither minimizes it.
4. whatapp does not open.

  Windows 11 22h2
  Log file when the bug happend
  The logfile can be found in <installation-directory>\log
  With the default installation-path this should be C:\Program Files (x86)\WhatsappTray\log

i think its because whatsapp started using another software UWP
