Can't restore Whatsapp on Windows 10 #133

Describe the bug
After the first run, nothing restores Whatsapp window on Windows 10.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run WhatsappTray on the start menu.
  2. Make the Whatsapp minimized by clicking the WhatsappTray icon on the task bar (Or you can minimize it by clicking the close button of the Whatsapp window if you set "Close to tray" in the WhatsappTray menu).
  3. Try to restore the window by clicking on the tray icon or by clicking "Restore Window" in the menu.
  4. The Whatsapp window isn't restored.

Expected behavior
The Whatsapp window should be restored.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows 10

Echo this. Facing the same issue. Downgraded to 1.8.0 and seems to be working fine now.

I can confirm the same thing on Windows 8.1
