Illegal state etc.

"Program has entered an illegal state ... HTTP error ... etc."

Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, Android 13

I installed, started up, it started downloading assets. It ook forever. Finally it completed 1 of 2 but left ovenight and 2nd one didn't complete. Started up again, and in a few minutes got this error message.

Uninstalled, retried, and still hung on 2nd asset.

Tried again on an older Asus tablet, Android 7, no issues. So I suspect a permissions problem with Android 13 but I haven't pursued this.

Uninstalled again for now. Do not want a refund, the dev has put a lot into this, let him keep my very small payment!
