odoo_website_helpdesk few points for mail template And Open Close ticket From Website

Hi,
I am checking that there are few templates inl odoo_website_helpdesk module on last version of Odoo17. there is few records for template in mail_template_data.xml but it is not used anywhere ,even from where i can close ticket from website please check it. I think it need update.
