[Feature] - USDP Deployed to CB SKALE Chain

Describe the feature and its requirements

Deploy USDP to the CB SKALE chain for use within our chain's ecosystem.

1. Deploy a USDP Clone on CrytoBlades chain.
2. Map the clone to the wUSDP address on Europa Hub Chain.
3. Provide the TokenManager the proper roles.
4. Once mapped, the Ruby team will run a test to send a couple of tokens over.
   Because the CB SKALE and Europa SKALE chains are already connected, all the chain connection steps can be skipped.
