I have refreshed the chain and am still experiencing the bug
I have confirmed I am on the correct chain
I checked the documentation and found no answer
I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed
I'm reporting the issue to the correct repository

What does this bug relate to

Design Issues

Describe the bug

Tied upgrading the smithy from level 5 to level 6 but it stays at level 5

Expected behavior

Smithy upgrades to level 6

Current behavior

Doesn’t upgrade and stays at level 5

To Reproduce

Upgrade the smithy to level 5, and try to upgrade to level 6
