Grafana 9.x seems to have gone EoL in July according to a blog post.

However, there are still CVE commits being done to the 9.5 branch

https://github.com/grafana/grafana/tree/v9.5.x

See if we can backport the Grafana dashboard changes in pgMonitor 5.0.0 to support Grafana 10.4 so we can at least provide support for officially supported versions
