About The Project

Analyzing molecule is too hectic when you have to open multiple tabs for anlayzing structure, properties and many more, In a day to day life of researchers analyzing molecule is a common task, This tool helps in analyzing molecule just under one tab.

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.

Prerequisites

  • Google Chrome

Installation

  1. Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/Crispae/ChemAnalyzer.git
  1. Open Chrome settings
  2. select Extensions on left pane of window
  3. Activate Devloper mode by clicking toggle button in top-right corner
  4. click on Load Unpacked and choose the repo file of ChemAnalyzer
  5. Extension is added in chrome, pin it and enjoy 😎

Roadmap

A lot of feature to be implemented in this project

  • 3D molecule annotation
  • AI implementation for predicting properties
  • Molecule nomenclature using IUPAC
