Describe the bug

If you have ChatItem installed and ChatManager's mentions enabled, then write [item] in chat, CM will think you mentioned yourself and sends you the mention notification.

Steps to reproduce

1] Download ChatItem: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/chatitem-display-items-in-chat.19064/
2] In CM config, enable Mentions
3] In chat, type "[i]"
4] Chatmanager will notify you, saying that you mentioned youself. If you enabled mention sounds, you also hear the sound.

Additional context

This happens on my 1.19.0 server running CM 3.8.0 Beta 3, and on my 1.14.4 server running CM 3.7.7.
