Garages Don't Save The Car's License Plate

Whenever you store a car in a garage in GTA San Andreas and re-enter the garage again, the license plate in the car will not save with it and instead it'll be randomized everytime you load the car in the garage. Not a gamebreaker and its not that noticeable but a massive bummer if you decided to save a car with a unique license plate. I've heard that there's a mod that fixes this issue, so im wondering if you can port it to SilentPatch if possible.

This mod relies on the Garage eXtender plugin as the stock save format does not have the space to store the license plates data. While it'd be a nice fix, I can't justify modifying the save structure for this.
