I find that people frequently have a lot to say about a person's resume, and the dinky one-line comment bar just doesn't cut it for offering advice. It would be nice to see this enlarged, (and perhaps even replaced with markdown? Might be out of scope. Will open another issue)

Markdown is probably a bigger task but switching the input to something like

<textarea rows="3" ...>

is def doable! feel free to submit a PR or I can do it Some Time In The Future (tm)
