Archive Quotes (said date vs. submitted date)

Allow another field in the main page for a "Date said" if someone wants to submit a quote that was said a long time ago, as many members have quote archives they'd like to put up. Have the db sort the quotes by this new column while keeping the "submitted on" column as a backup measure if the quote was actually said when it was submitted and the user's typing it out would be redundant.
