OK, I'm pretty sure this bug was introduced by me...whoops. I'm not very confident with manipulating the datePickers.

Create a new event. Then, without refreshing, zoom in until the mini calendar disappears, then zoom out until it appears again. There will now be two conflicting mini calendars that look awful :)
