Better Way to Differentiate Cell Types #1

Currently, there are 4 types of code cell: K-definition, compile, command, file. Right now, regexes are used to differentiate them. Perhaps though Jupyter offers a more robust way to do so e.g. maybe cells can be tagged somehow?
