Description

When testing I noticed that I can't get Otter NPS Survey to show up, then I checked in the dashboard that we don't have any responses as well in the past 7 days:

In the console I see errors where NPS should show up:

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  • Install Otter plugin
  • Modify otter_blocks_install unix timestamp value to be at least 2 days old in wp_options table
  • Check if Survey appears on Otter pages
