Description

When Otter is installed but not active "Otter Pro" tries to install it again:
Plugins ‹ Gaurav Tiwari — WordPress 2023-12-003687
and not activate, causing a failure:
Plugin Installation ‹ Gaurav Tiwari — WordPress 2023-12-003689

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Install Otter and Otter Pro both
  2. Activate Otter Pro but not Otter
  3. Use the notice to take action.
