Description

A user reported that ACF fields (e.g. Date Picker) do not appear in the elements dropdown of the Posts block.

I managed to replicate this, but it's not clear to me if it's a bug or it's expected. Apart from the Basic field types (Text, Text Area, Number, Range, Email, URL, Password), no other class is available.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Go to ACF fields
  2. Create a new group
  3. Insert fields from the basic type (e.g. text) and set condition: Show only if Post Type is equal to Post
  4. Insert fields from any other type (e.g. Advanced > Date Picker) and set condition: Show only if Post Type is equal to Post
  5. Go to a page and insert the posts block
  6. Under elements, click on Add custom field
  7. From the fields dropdown, check if the other types appear
