I'm very sorry for my feedback, domain cdn.jsdelivr.net was blocked currently in China, it also happened once last year. For this reason, we would have a large degree of inability to use CDN policies, and the only currently available solution is a downgraded solution using git repo, not sure if the organization has any other better solutions to be compatible?
