I'm not 100% sure it tracks on an individual basis, however I changed around the numbers anyway just in case.
I know the articles work fine when I copy the links with "?rf=2024-04-21_ENEWS_ACQ_DBT__Slot1_ART19654" stripped out.
So they put it in there for some reason.
I'm not sure if " ?rf= " is just something only being used by a handful of sites, something new trying to get around tools or something intentionally left out because it was causing issues on other sites if added to the rule set.
I just thought I'd throw it out there for what it's worth.
