Currently the function gcc_view_ss.ipynb matches the layer and send the matched and unmatched rows to postgresql. It would be nice to know how well those layers got matched (e.g. # of matched rows/total rows or difference in length).
To do:
create a function that measures match rate and add that information in the table's comment
