How to find segments that should not be matched?

For example, segments that exist in the gis.centreline but don't exist on OSM and google map (e.g. Patriarch Bartholomew Way, or street that goes through parking lot)

Finding a way to identify these type of street could help us understand the actual unmatched rate.
