The following changes are being deployed:

• Bugfix/OP-1304 - Duplicate File Uploads
  • Resolves an issue where multiple emails and files are being uploaded to a request due to a race condition with our key-value store.
• Bugfix/OP-1303 - Requester Added Attachment
  • Emails a link to files uploaded by a requester when a request is created. Previously, files were not sent out to the agency when a requester uploaded the file. This was only an issue for agencies that do not use OpenRecords to respond to requests. All other agency users were able to access files via the web interface for OpenRecords.
