The lts tag is still applied to version 20 however 22 became lts on October 29 2024

Is your feature request related to a particular problem?
the lts tag needs to be bumped to node 22

How will this feature request benefit CircleCI jobs using this image?
the docs say the lts tag is kept up to date with the nodejs releases

Describe the solution you would like to see
automate or release the lts tag for node 22.

Describe alternatives you have considered
we could use the explicit tag for 22 but it is nice to be able to use the lts tag and not make changes on our end.
