Error 500

This is more of a question than an error as Im pretty sure I'm setting this up wrong. When you go through the initial setup and after (entering in your path, url, database, etc) and get the internal error 500 (like I said, I think I did something wrong) how can I go back and make edits. Where can I make edits to these settings via terminal so I wouldn't have to just delete and start over? Thanks

The settings are in the Include/Config.php file, but don't just randomly change them.

What does the webserver error logs say the issue is? And check for logs in the logs directory too.
