[Bug]: The "RESTART" button is not working.

The "RESTART" button is not highlighted as a button and appears as plain text.

What is the expected behavior? 🤔

The "RESTART" button should be styled to look like a clickable button, similar to the "LET'S PLAY!" button.

Provide step by step information reproduce the bug 📄

• HTML: Ensure the "RESTART" element is a button or has a class that can be styled.

• CSS: Add CSS to style the button appropriately.

• JavaScript (if needed): Ensure the button functions correctly.
