I installed hafeZ successfully via conda. However, when I run it, an error "AttributeError: module 'pyrodigal' has no attribute 'OrfFinder'" occurs. Do you know what's the reason cause it? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I encountered this too.
The API of pyrodigal changed from v2.x to v3.x. Installing hafeZ via bioconda pulled pyrodigal version 3.5.2, which doesn't have the OrfFinder module (think it might be rolled into GeneFinder now).
Downgrading to pyrodigal v.2.3.0 resolved this for me.
